Members of the Institute have been visiting St Leonard’s for several years and recording the plants which grow there. So far over 100 species of flowering plants and ferns have been recorded, and about 20 species of both mosses and lichens. We learn from each other, develop our identification skills, and welcome new pairs of eyes to spot previously unnoticed plants, and add to this long-term project.
