This scheme takes hardly any public open space and yet it has provision for cyclists. It leaves the public toilets completely untouched.   It was drawn up by a specialist traffic engineering group.
Why can't we have a similar scheme that will provide considerable benefit at minimal cost to the Park?

Park users and all local residents should be consulted before any decision is made.
